Let’s face it, while affiliate marketing is pretty easy, it’s also, well, hard! Or at least complex. That’s why I wanted to share this list of affiliate marketing tools to help you make more money!
The tools I’m sharing are tools I use everyday to help me grow my business: they range from SEO tools to automation tools and beyond. They range from completely free to affordable to pricey, but they’re all worth it. Let’s get to it, shall we?!
Milotree is one of my all time favorite apps! I like it because it’s super affordable (just nine bucks a month after a free trial period) and so easy to set up. I think it literally took my 3 minutes from install to up and running on my niche site.
What Milotree does: Milotree is a WordPress plugin that uses “smart pop-ups to grow your social media followers and email list. Pop-ups for Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook, and email all included.” You can also have it point to your Etsy or Shopify shop, or a combo of some of the above.
While it’s not specifically an affiliate marketing tool, Milotree does help my build my email list and social media following, which in turn helps me make more money with affiliate marketing.
Who needs it: Bloggers
How much does it cost: $9 a month after a free trial
I know I’m under-utilizing SEMRush, but even given that fact, it’s such a powerful, it’s worth every penny they charge. Here are just some of the things it can do for you:
- Competitive Research
- Traffic Analytics
- Advertising Research
- Brand Monitoring
- Backlink Analytics
- Organic Research/Organic Traffic Analytics
- Site Audits
- Position Tracking
- Keyword Magic Tool (one of my favorites!)
- Domain Analytics
- Post & Track Social Media
- Content Marketing/Topic Research (another favorite!)
- And so much more!
You can probably see now why I’m under-utilizing this tool, but still recommend it!
Who needs it: Niche Site Owners, Serious Affiliate Marketing Bloggers, SEOs
How much does it cost:
While Authority Hacker is not actually a tool, I can’t help but include a link to their webinar about the Authority Hacker System.
Why am I sending you to a webinar? Because it’s more of an affiliate marketing training than a sales webinar, and they could honestly be charging us to watch it, it’s that good.
While they are teaching about how to build Authority Sites (also known as Niche Sites) the affiliate marketing ideas and techniques they teach (again, for free!) are priceless.
Who needs it: People who want to be Niche Site Owners, Serious Affiliate Marketing Bloggers, SEOs
How much does it cost: The intensive training webinar is free.
I use ConvertKit to send emails every single day. I send an automated series of follow-up emails to new subscribers to my list, as well as a weekly email I write fresh each week. I like ConvertKit because (unlike some other email marketing services, they are affiliate marketing friendly.

I use Clickfunnels to build targeted, effective, and fast funnels for everything from affiliate products, lead captures, and (eventually!) selling my own products.
It’s on the pricey side, but you only need to refer 2-3 people via the Clickfunnels affiliate program to make it free, as they offer a recurring commission for the life of a customer.

I use Tailwind to schedule my pins on Pinterest, as well as schedule my Instagram posts.
Tailwind not only makes it easy for me to schedule pins regularly to Pinterest (and Pinterest loves seeing users pin consistently like that!) but they also tell me what times are best to post each day (and schedule my pins accordingly), as well as what pins and/or boards are doing well, and so much more! (Like Tailwind Tribes.) Thanks to Tailwind I’ve been able to grow my Pinterest following to over 11,400 people.
Plus you can pin (and schedule re-pins) of affiliate links on Pinterest! SCORE.
It took awhile for me to start using their Instagram services, but I’m so glad I do now! They automatically post for me, help me find relevant hashtags, and they even help me find engaging content, so I don’t always have to come up with “what to post” on my own!
Who needs it: Bloggers of all kinds (I swear Tailwind is a bloggers BFF!), Niche Site Owners, Affiliate Marketing Bloggers, Ecommerce sellers
How much does it cost: After a free trial, plans start at $9.99 a month, and they have a recurring affiliate program, too!
I think Thirsty Affiliates is the bee’s knees. Seriously, it’s so good. In fact, I got an email from them suggesting that I upgrade to the “pro” version (it’s a freemium plug in for WordPress) and I thought I had already purchased the pro version, because the free version is so good!
Essentially, Thirsty Affiliates cloaks your affiliate links so they not only look better, but they are easier to remember, so the go from something like this:
To something like this:
Plus they help with SEO by offering safe redirects, smart uncloaking (for affiliate programs who don’t want your URL cloaked), click stats and reports, and more.

I’ve been using Yoast – a WordPress plugin that helps optimize your SEO so that your entire site is the best it can be to be indexed by Google. Posts are rated on a green, yellow, or red light scale (green meaning good). And if you get anything but a Green light, Yoast will tell you how you can improve your SEO. (Well, even if you get a green light it still offers more tips!)

How much does it cost: There is a free version (that’s what I use) and it’s $89/year for the premium version. In fact, looking over all you get when you upgrade, I think I’ll upgrade my own!
I rely on Pinterest for about 50% of my traffic, and WP Tasty Pins, another WordPress plugin, makes it even easier for me to optimize my Pinterest-friendly images, the text that automatically populates when people pin them, and even allows me to easily add and hide multiple pin images for one blog post (so that they are only viable when someone uses my social share buttons, the Pinterest browser extension, Tailwind’s browser extension, etc.)

But boy oh boy have I changed my mind! Canva makes creating beautiful images (and so much more) super easy with its templates, image library, font pairs, and more. You can go in and easily make images perfectly sized for Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and more. How much does it cost: There is a free and premium version of Canva, and some options in the free version may have upgrade costs.
Elementor Pro is another app I resisted using for a long time, and now I’m kicking myself for it. If you have WordPress site, Elementor Pro makes it ridiculously easy to make beautiful, seo-friendly posts and pages.
Now I can’t imagine making WordPress websites without it!
Who needs it: Bloggers, Niche Site Owners, and Affiliate Marketing Bloggers on WordPress Sites.

I use AAWP on my niche site where I sell a lot of Amazon products. The AAWP WordPress Plugin will help you “stay legal” with your Amazon affiliate links. Did you know you’re not supposed to “grab” an image from Amazon, even when you’re promoting that product on your site? It’s true! But AAWP cleans that all up for you, using an approved API that shows the image for you.
But there’s more to it than that! Features like: dynamic links, automated texts, geotargeting in order to properly deal with foreign visitors, and so much more.
